REFLECTION TIME - Studying in Santiago

because of the centralization in Chile so many people have to move to Santiago to have the possibility to study because in their regions they can´t opt for a good education. That seems to me so unjust because they have to leave their homes and families to study here. 

The state of Chile has to destinate more economic resources to all regions in the country so the centralization can be ended because right now the state is denying the right to study too many young people with the hope to enter a good university, and if those young people don´t have the money to move and live in Santiago, they see themselves in the obligation to stay in their city, opting for a career or a university they don't like or in the worst case, start their labor life immediately, leaving aside the hope of continuing to grow academically.
